This ship is a very powerful ship for being a fighter-size ship. This ship despite it size can tagle with a White Star-class ship and even destroy them if their is enough of them. This ship's length is about the size of the a White Star-class ship.

Now this ship, in being a fighter is very vaublealbe in and I guess that the crew of this ship is one person. Now this ship fires a blue-green beam-like weapon, that can be a particle like beam that maybe the for runner of the Slicer beam that is used on Shadows's Battle Crab-class ship. When this weapon is charging it can be visable seen, because the engery that is being collected is seen at the begin of the ship, as seen below.

Now this ship look like that it belongs with the Vorlon ships due to the color that is has, that is green, with blue highlighting on it with strips that are zebra-like.

As I told you before this ship's weapons when charging are seen, it is a huge ball of blue-green light.
